We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Supervisor to join our manufacturing plant based in Yarloop, WA. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the ideal applicant will be an experienced leader who thrives on challenge and has a proven track record of supervising small teams. To succeed in this role you will have:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing plant as supervisor - ideally with a chemical background
• Strong Quality Assurance background
• Excellent communication skills
• A proven track record of meeting production targets whilst working in line with safety procedures
Previous experience working with explosives or Dangerous Goods would be desirable.
MAXAM offers ongoing training and development for staff and has a very strong safety focus across the organization.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and a national police clearance.
