SAGE Automation are currently seeking applications from Control Systems Engineers to join our team in Sydney. Working on the very latest technology, you will be responsible for design, integration, programming and commissioning of digital and analogue control systems.
Key responsibilities
Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions.
Understand and develop results that meet the customer's real needs.
Deliver technical solutions that meet the scope of the project.
Support the strategic development for the business.
Essential skills and experience
Demonstrated experience in Automation and Control Systems, specifically in Factory Automation, Materials Handling, or similar industries.
Experience with the following systems/concepts beneficial.
Siemens TIA Portal
Machine Safety (AS4024) concepts
SCADA systems (Ignition + Citect)
VSD's and motion control applications
Willing to be based at the SAGE Automation site office (hybrid WFH or main office in North Sydney).
Ability to obtain ASIC clearance.
Good communication skills and positive attitude.
Key requirements
Relevant Engineering degree and project experience.
Australian drivers licence.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
