Skillinvest has an opportunity for a motivated candidate to undertake a Automotive Mechanic Apprenticeship with a local dealership in Donald. The successful candidate will work and study to obtain a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanics. Duties Include:
Select appropriate tools and spare parts required for a particular task
Study manufacturers service and repair manuals
Gain knowledge of common vehicle faults and how to fix them
Keep workshop tidy for OH&S requirements
Requirements:
Patience and perseverance
Good hand-eye coordination
Aptitude for all things mechanical
Willingness to work in awkward positions in or under vehicles
