You will report directly to the company directors and will have a significant degree of autonomy to lead and make an impact! Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective business strategies, managing financial aspects, fostering a high-performance work culture, and identifying opportunities for growth. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Strong experience in electronic manufacturing
Proficiency in financial management, including P&L, Balance Sheets, budgeting, and cash flow management
HR skills to manage diverse staff effectively
Exposure to sales and marketing management
You will:
Overseeing daily business operations
Developing and implementing growth strategies
Creating and managing budgets
Producing monthly financial reports to analyse company performance
Driving production efficiency and cost reduction
Guiding and coaching staff to enhance productivity and professionalism
Improving revenue, reducing costs, and driving profit
Managing recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluating performance and productivity and implementing improvements
Identifying growth opportunities
You will have:
Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent
Minimum of five years' management experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic and proactive nature
Good interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
