Pekish are a family run hospitality group currently looking for a full time Chef for our location at the City of Geelong Bowls Club in North Geelong. We are looking for Chefs who will share our vision to provide modern cuisine which is the cornerstone of our recognised & respected brand.

About You...
To be considered for this position applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within busy venues, display the ability to work cohesively amongst the team whilst also being able to lead when required. You will need to hold current Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent.
The role requires someone possessing the strength to support our Head Chef whilst also:
Being confident enough to manage multiple service points simultaneously
experience in restaurants & functions
Showing a professional approach when working with those around them
Maintaining stock and quality control, food safety plans & complying with safety regulations
