To be considered for this role applicants must satisfy the following key selection criteria:
? Degree qualification is preferable, but not mandatory
? Have at least 3 years previous experience in Recruitment and or/Human Resources
? Excellent communication and time management skills
? Be willing to learn and progress within the business
The role will include the following duties:
? Maintain existing relationships with clients and candidates
? Write and post job advertisements
? Managing end to end recruitment processes from advertising, screening, candidates, interviewing and filling vacant roles with successful candidates
? Maintain a high level of compliance - completing all background check, preparing candidates for inductions
? Securing new business and managing the sales pipeline
Salary range between $80,000 to $100,000 per year
