The Role:
We are now looking for a full-time CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer to join our team.
This full-time position offers you the opportunity to be part of a highly experienced and skilled team of professionals installing and servicing world leading Mazak CNC machine tools.
The work is predominantly in-field service being conducted at our customers' factories in both metropolitan Melbourne and Victorian regional centres but reports to our Vic Branch office in Clayton, Vic.
To become part of this successful team you will need to be confident in your abilities, get a buzz out of working on leading edge equipment and be open to a challenge.
You will need experience installing and servicing Mazak CNC machine tools and believe you have what it takes to be a respected member of the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing responsive technical support to engineers and fitters with the installation, service and repair of CNC Machine tools.
The main duties of the role include:
• Testing, service and installation of John Hart supplied CNC Machine tools
• Testing, service and installation of other equipment sold by John Hart
• Relocation and re-alignment of electrical CNC engineering machines
• Repairs and or replacement to major electrical assemblies
• Advising and or assisting Engineers and fitters as required
• Advising or assisting applications and sales engineers as required
Our commitment to training is second to none and you will receive product training as part of the first 12 months induction program.
Skills and experience:
• Applicants will need to have a relevant Qualification and/or 2 to 3 years of highly relevant employment experience.
• Strong electrical/mechanical service and repair knowledge on Mazak CNC machine tools.
• Only those that have demonstrated experience servicing or repairing CNC machine tools need apply.

Annual Salary: An attractive remuneration package including car allowance and fuel card is offered.
The base salary will be between $90,000 to $94,000 and commensurate with the successful applicant’s skills set and background.
