Catering is a key component of the service we provide to our aged care residents at George Mockler House.
George Mockler is 28-bed home offering exceptional care to all our residents. Situated in the Mona Vale, we offer a home-like environment where residents and staff are treated with compassion and respect.
As a member of the Leadership Team at George Mockler, you will be preparing meals for our residents and managing an established team of catering assistants. This role includes overseeing effective meal service to our aged care residents, as well as providing best practice service in kitchen cleanliness, documentation and food preparation and meeting all HACCP Food Safety requirements.
