Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and experienced Cooks and Chefs to join their airline catering team located in Mascot Sydney Airport. Area. Positions are for an immediate start and requiring availability across both day and afternoon shifts Monday-Sunday. As a Chef you will be working in the central industrial kitchen and you are responsible for a range of duties including food preparation, chopping, portioning, and following bulk recipes. You may also assist with other duties such as making up of food and beverage carts and plating food onto catering trays. You must have experience in preparing various cuisine. Please note all successful applicants must pass a Police Check, pre-employment D & A medical and complete client specific paperwork before commencing. About your new role:

Preparation of all bulk cooking
Industrial production cooking
Chopping, portioning, following bulk roof recipes
