Your new role
Guide customers to make informed decisions to satisfy their financial needs
Assist in providing customers access to the most suitable Superannuation and Investment products
Educate customers with wealth options, facts and solutions
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry compliance, policy
Some of your responsibilities will include :
Reviewing and assessing requests for hardship assistance
Providing tailored options and monitoring agreements for compliance
Working with clients and their financial advisors to identify best outcome solutions for all parties involved
Taking inbound calls from clients and their representatives taking verbal applications
Your skillset and experience
Final year or recent Graduate wanting to kickstar your Investment experience
If you have Customer Service experience thats even better but not necessary
A passion for Finance- the rest can be trained!
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
A motivation to learn and grow your career
