The Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior Legal Coordinator), you’ll play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. You will:

• manage multiple inbound sales channels (email, live chat, inbound phones, and web leads)
• qualify and triage potential clients, showcasing your deep understanding of their needs and 
• book discovery meetings with our Business Development Managers
• re-engage with cool leads in our database to determine if they are now qualified and to get them booked in
• ensure our first impression is always exceptional, providing a top-tier customer experience a client would expect when engaging a 5* law firm
  

This role is perfect for a sales professional with 1-2+ years experience in an inbound sales role or fast paced client success role, and who is looking to elevate their career. For high performers, there are clear pathways for mentoring and progression into Business Development Management positions. You’ll have defined targets and a competitive base plus uncapped commission package that rewards your expertise and effort.

While you’ll bring your sales acumen, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training in Australian commercial law, empowering you to accurately identify and address our clients’ legal needs.

The Operational Excellence Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives within Guzman y Gomez. From ideation to national rollout, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate operational excellence into every facet of our projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you can expect in the role:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in all systems utilised in our restaurants, including inventory, POS, time & attendance and digital platforms
• Prioritise and execute solution and innovation projects to achieve positive business outcomes, collaborating closely with key stakeholders
• Assess and communicate the financial impacts of operational trials to relevant departments
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of daily restaurant operations and schedule regular visits for insights and feedback
• Engage collaboratively with franchisees, managers and crew to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise trial/adjustment initiatives
• Support the rollout of projects within established timelines and budgets, considering operational impacts
• Coordinate training and communication materials associated with projects and change management
• Actively support field operations teams in implementing new changes and seeking feedback for continuous improvement
• Execute the communication and implementation of the strategic plan in a timely and efficient manner

You’ll enjoy the role if you have:

• Experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager or similar role in Quick Service Restaurants, Hospitality or Food and Beverage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of stakeholder management skills
• Project Management experience (highly desirable)
• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills

Sales Development Representative – H&L Point of Sale and H&LPay (POS) – Australia

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. As an SDR focused on Point of Sale, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Your goal will be to drive sales opportunities, contribute to revenue growth, and promote the adoption of our POS solutions. You will assist in qualifying potential H&LPay clients within our existing portfolio as well as with new venues.

What your day will look like:

Lead Generation:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate leads
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline

Qualification:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Evaluate potential leads to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass on high-potential opportunities to the Sales team

Communication:

• Articulate the value proposition of our POS solutions to prospects
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique requirements

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and share insights
• Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and sales strategies

Goal Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
• Contribute to the overall revenue growth by converting qualified leads into opportunities for the Sales team

About You:

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role
• Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems and the retail industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
