You will work closely with our enterprise sales & marketing teams to drive new opportunities through outbound efforts and learn from some of the best! What you would be doing?

• A strong pipeline is the key to successful sales and the BDR is a critical contributor to the pipeline growth. Your efforts will fuel our long term success!
• Outbound Prospect via various channels including phone, email, social, and video.
• Profile and penetrate Key Accounts
• Prospect for the right prospects within your territory
• Qualify and convert inbound leads
• Create qualified opportunities alongside our sales team
• Campaign and event follow-up
• Prospect at C-level, VP and Director levels
• Effectively articulate the value of our solution to both technical and non-technical buyers

We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, driven and customer-obsessed Sales Development Manager in Sydney reporting to the APAC Sales Development Director.

The Sales Development Manager is a critical leader in our regional GTM team and will lead, manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing target account opportunities and pipeline for Dynatrace in Australia and New Zealand to support our growth trajectory. Ensuring the critical work that marketing does to drive demand is picked up and executed through to the handover of opportunities to sales.

• Recruit, onboard, coach and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
• Build best in class SDR team with the regionally specific tools, tactics and processes to make the regional teams successful
• Refine our customer value messaging and engagement strategy for your region to over-achieve Qualified Sales Opportunity (QSO) targets & conversion
• Stakeholders Management: align GTM strategy and processes with VP ANZ and Sales leaders
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified Account Prospecting Strategy
• Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure success of all marketing campaigns and inbound lead conversion 
• Work closely with SDR Management and global teams to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
• Manage data driven reporting and performance optimisation for the team
• Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
• Lead a high-energy and record-breaking team & environment where people love coming to work, collaborate & have fun!
• Support usage, enablement and processes for SDR enabling technologies and resources including Salesforce, Call tracker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach etc
• Regular and impactful communication & reporting cadence on regional performance to goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development Director in identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
• Actively monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities and coordinate the pitch process.
• Lead the tender writing process in collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce exceptional bid responses.
• Evaluate pitch/tender outcomes to drive continuous improvement and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and CRM systems to streamline future tender responses.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven project management skills and exceptional presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience or desire to work in a small team environment.
