Role Overview: As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Director across all new business opportunities. You will bring your entrepreneurial mindset to oversee the end-to-end pitch process, ensuring effective communication strategies and exceptional bid responses. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Director in identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
- Actively monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities and coordinate the pitch process.
- Lead the tender writing process in collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce exceptional bid responses.
- Evaluate pitch/tender outcomes to drive continuous improvement and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation and CRM systems to streamline future tender responses.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven project management skills and exceptional presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience or desire to work in a small team environment.
