Procore is looking for an inspiring and accomplished Sales Development Representative, Flex ANZ to join one of the highest-performing sales teams in the software industry. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth for the past several years.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll develop an understanding of the construction industry and Procore’s products to help improve one of the world’s largest industries.

This position will report to the Manager, Sales Development, and will be based in our office in Sydney, Australia. This is an ongoing, open requisition - we are looking for people who are interested in learning more about starting a sales career at Procore now or in the future if/when a position becomes available.

What you’ll do:

• Create new business opportunities to fuel Procore’s growth
• Partner with  Account Executives  to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
• Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
• Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
• Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
• Conduct daily activities, including

  • Pre-call research and planning

  • Make a high volume of calls per day

  • Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)

  • Maintain Salesforce records

Depending on staffing requirements SDRs may start in our Flex team for a time before moving into an assigned territory. Flex responsibilities and expectations are as follows

• Learn the role by calling into dedicated accounts
• Prioritise learning and development and progress quickly through our Procore certification process
• Shadows sales teams across Procore
• Prepare to enter an assigned territory and make an immediate impact
• Learn systems and processes associated with the role

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Endava, you will identify new clients, and introduce them to our capabilities and IT services. As a Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on the SCM, Logistics & Travel industries, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth as a valuable team member of our Sales and Marketing team, using your expertise to discover and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales pipeline by engaging new and existing clients within the SCM, Logistics & Travel Industries
• Drive client engagement and proposal development.
• Plan and carry out business activities to build client relationships and secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior sales and delivery teams to articulate Endava's value proposition effectively.
• Develop and maintain a target account list with defined prospect/client profiles and key value propositions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry verticals and sub-verticals, providing insights and case studies to support sales efforts.
• Lead discussions with industry professionals and stakeholders to generate interest and showcase expertise in key industry topics.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating competitive rates and securing mutually beneficial agreements that align with our company objectives. Your primary focus will be to attract and secure new business, while increasing core activities across the marketplace in Asia and the Pacific. You will leverage your B2B expertise to contact and convert leads, generating new business through prospecting and solution selling. Additionally, you will establish pricing and close deals that maintain strong gross margins. Expect to spend half your time traveling within the South Pacific and Asia, building and maintaining valuable relationships with customers.
