The In-Work Support Consultant’s role is to support our clients once they have a job, and work with employers, ensure long-term sustainable employment. 

On a typical day as an In-Work Support Coach you might be:  

• Ensuring all placed clients are supported and contacted, at least fortnightly; 
• Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate;  
• Tracking all placements and maintaining up-to-date records; 
• Providing on the job support to participants and employers to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment; 
• Liaising with employers, clients, and other team members to assist clients to maintain their employment;  
• Assisting with management of claims; 
• Escalating risks or concerns through appropriate channels; and 
• Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

The Senior Technical Consultant at SmartRecruiters is a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and with a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and HRIT. This role requires a diverse skill set that combines technical expertise, project management, and customer relationship management.

As a Senior Technical Consultant at SmartRecruiters, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success by integrating our platform and their technical ecosystem. You will join our Hiring Success Team, which is responsible for creating a boundless hiring experience for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders about integrations and automations between SmartRecruiters and the customer's technical environment.
• Lead the technical stream of the onboarding process for new customers, setting expectations and framing their introduction to the SmartRecruiters community.
• Take on multiple customer onboarding processes, acting as the primary liaison for custom integrations and automations.
• Act as a customer advocate, wearing the hats of a Business Consultant, Project Manager, and Developer to drive the best technical and functional decisions.
• Participate in solution design, leveraging our HCM Connectors, custom automations, and Workato as the automation platform, to maximise the business value of the solution.
• Collaborate with the customer's IT team to design and document integration and automation configurations within the customer's technical ecosystem.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of integrations and automations, aligning with the overall solution delivery plan.
• Build integrations and automations using our embedded no-code automation platforms Workato, or provide guidance to the customer's technical team.
• Lead and mentor Technical Consultants in your region, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

• Part-time (0.6FTE) 2-year contract position beginning July 1st.
• As this is a state-wide service travel is required around Melbourne including regional locations. Office based in Ringwood.
• $41-45.5per hour + Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550    

About the role  
This important role will see you building relationships with and supporting carers, families and the community by providing counselling, relevant resources, planning and organising workshops, facilitating referrals and implementing a person/family centred approach to assess and support their needs.

Who we’re looking for 
To be successful in this position you will have:

• A broad understanding of the issues experienced by carers caring for a family member with a disability.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in working with people with disabilities and their families.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders within the community.
• Experience and skill in disability support, intake, assessment, and case coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a brokerage budget, including invoicing, receipting and financial processing as required.
• Ability to facilitate relevant forums and workshops for carers as and when required.

• The role may require flexibility in working hours (e.g. late afternoons, evenings or early morning hours & some weekends), and the ability and capacity to travel and stay overnight for up to 1-3 days in Regional Victoria.
• NDIS knowledge is preferred.
