As a member of the global Network Operations team, you will manage, monitor, and control one or more networks, ensuring optimal network performance across diverse platforms, mediums, and communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing network traffic and performing critical network operations to maintain seamless connectivity.

Responsibilities: In this Technical Assurance role, you will provide 12/7 follow-the-sun support, proactively maintaining network performance by monitoring and managing network elements. You’ll utilize network management and incident ticket systems to address service assurance incidents, ensuring service levels are consistently met. Key duties include responding to Quality of Service breaches through alarms or customer tickets, adjusting call routing to cost-effective alternatives, and collaborating with vendors and carriers to restore performance to benchmark standards.

This role also involves engaging and communicating effectively with Symbio’s Domestic, International, and Southeast Asia customers, as well as working closely with third-party suppliers and carriers.

Impact of this Role: As the key contact for incident and outage management, you will uphold the Symbio brand reputation by handling incidents from start to finish in line with ITIL best practices and service level agreements. Your work will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as a single point of support to minimize service downtime.

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to Case Managers (and/or external stakeholders) on the claims management process, enabling them to provide exceptional customer service to clients, including guidance on handling communication with clients relating to the management of their claim and attending to client’s enquiries;
• Being the escalation point for technical advice for Case Managers, undertake duties including:
  • Authorise and review claims (and associated benefits payments), including where above delegated authority of Case Managers;
  • Interpretation and advice regarding hypothetical claims scenarios;
  • undertake quality assurance reviews of claims files;
  • provide advice on the technical interpretation of policies and contract requirements; and
  • take accountability for the resolution of customer complaints or requests for decision reviews (within authority);
• Continuously support the Claims Team Manager (or Senior Claims Specialists), including acting as the second-in-charge for the relevant Claims Team, triaging of claims files to Case Managers, providing feedback to the Claims Team Manager on the successes and development opportunities for Case Managers, as required;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the timely and quality management of claims, including participating in case conferences, peer case discussions and working closely with the Claims Technical Training team to identify and develop training package needs;
• Generation of reports for the Claims Team and Claims Leadership Team (such as Traffic Light reports), to enable the efficient and effective management of the team;
• Continuously reviewing Claims processes and frameworks to seek out opportunities for improvement in the overall claims experience for customers;
• Participate in business area and/or Company projects as required

As Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering IT projects that align with the strategic goals of our diverse client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will be essential in guiding project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Working with the Project team to deliver projects adhering to project methodologies and frameworks, you will:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 Years + experience in project delivery or professional services organisations (preferably MSP)

• Previous experience working within a PMO (Project Management) team and experience in Pre-Sales activities
• Implementation knowledge on Microsoft M365 and Entra ID services ranging from Intune (AutoPilot), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Conditional Access
• Implementation knowledge with vendors such as Veeam, Mimecast, Dell, VMware
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
