About the role:

Reporting to the Regional Fleet Manager, this full time position is responsible for ensuring that the running maintenance of the Emergency Towage Vessel. The technical Superintendent will maintain the technical status and maximize uptime. This position is based in Cairns.

The role of Operations Support Officer – ANZ involves providing a high level of support to the ENR Operations Team Director and the Senior Leadership Team in the management of the ENR Business Unit.

The role requires essential skills in Communication (written and oral), Interpersonal Skills, Creativity & Flexibility, Analytical, Problem Solving, and Networking Skills.

Responsibilities

Project Set Up:

• Support cost centre leads in maintaining registers for clients, projects & personnel
• Liaise with finance to establish new clients & vendors
• Project setup in D365

Client Invoicing & Receivables:

• Monitor, receive & collate all documents required for client invoicing
• Keep client & project records up to date to ensure accurate & timely invoicing

Payables:

• Create purchase orders for contractors and suppliers
• Reconcile costs to sales and receipt in D365
• Reporting:
• Assist with data analytics and Business Unit financial performance reporting

 You will provide support for the Energy and Natural Resources Business Unit team members
:

• Work closely with Business Unit management to ensure smooth running of business functions
• Provide support to all Business Unit personnel
• Assist with maintaining and updating Business Unit systems and processes
• Liaising with other Business Units across the business.
• Liaising with Cost Centre Leads to attain necessary inputs in support of activities.
• Liaising with staff at all levels, within the Australian and New Zealand business and other T&T offices worldwide.
• Setup and maintain project data within T&T systems.
• Prepare invoices, create vendor purchase orders and assist with accounts receivables.
• Assist Director with data analytics and Business Unit financial performance reporting.
• Assist with and produce reports for management and board meetings.
• Maintain Business Unit registers and databases as required
• Preparation of correspondence – letters/emails.
• Preparation of submissions and reports as required.
• Establishing, updating and maintaining the Business Unit filing system for all documents related to administration of the Business Unit and Projects.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
• Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.

Position Description:

Veracross Associate Support Specialists provide the first level of customer support, working on our Technical Support Team to provide well-informed and timely responses to customer questions and issues. They act as a crucial link between internal engineering teams and product users. This individual applies their basic knowledge of a product area to the unique needs of the customer in order to guide users to resolutions. This position requires analytical and general software problem-solving skills and a commitment to service and quality. The Associate Support Specialist reports directly to the Technical Support Manager. 

 
Job Responsibilities:  

• Interact directly with customers via several channels, including a ticketing system and Zoom calls or meetings, building relationships by consistently demonstrating expertise and professionalism 

• Manage and prioritize multiple open cases at one time 

• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand and diagnose the root of a problem 

• Analyze customer requests, replicating, researching, and resolving technical problems and questions and guiding the client to our knowledgebase solutions whenever possible 

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to clients, tracking cases through resolution within company SLA guidelines 

• Collaborate with the support consultant and support engineering teams to escalate issues that cannot be resolved by a specialist 

• Identify, update, and maintain internal and external knowledgebases in order to improve support documentation deficiencies   

• Identify and log system bugs for the product team 

• Gain a detailed understanding of at least one support specialist team with knowledge of those software modules and how they are used by schools

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent customer service experience 

• 0-2 years of experience working in client support in the software industry 

• Demonstrated aptitude for using, teaching, and communicating information about technologically sophisticated software to non-technical users 

• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Passionate about learning new software, able to build, retain, and apply knowledge across a variety of product areas 

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to analyze customer requests and provide them with timely resolutions 

• Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team in an open space environment. 

• Friendly with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive community culture 

• Industry knowledge of the K-12 private school sector and other education SaaS products a plus
