Our client has asked us to find them a highly organised individual to assist with Business Support and Administration duties, office based in Brisbane's South West  Working within a small office-based team, you'll provide crucial support to field-based project teams operating in remote locations. This dynamic position combines general administration with specialised project support duties.    This will suit someone who has 

A strong Customer Service focus (even if most interactions are internal customers, or colleagues)
Previous administration experience ( mining or construction setting would be an advantage)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Exceptional attention to detail & dead accurate data entry*( important)
Excellent communication abilities to connect with the project team and on-site staff
Diplomacy and ability to maintain the the privacy of
