The Logistics Procurement team plays a pivotal support role to our Australian Steel Products business (ASP) as subject matter experts in the logistics domain. As an esteemed business partner, you will closely engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, logistics, commercial and our lead teams.  Your role will be to elevate the customer experience by negotiating and executing agreements to provide the best logistics service to meet the diverse needs of our business, including service, safety and governance requirements.  These agreements will provide a sustainable platform for our businesses to deliver products to their customers with the required service levels and cost efficiency. 

You will receive an attractive salary including 14% superannuation, plus an annual bonus through our profit share plan.  Additionally, we provide hybrid working arrangements, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

What will you do

Working with a supportive, collaborative and inclusive team, you will engage with stakeholders across all BlueScope business units developing an understanding of their logistics requirements and managing sourcing projects to help deliver great customer experiences. You will:

• lead small to medium sourcing projects ranging from contract amendments, extensions to direct negotiations and tenders across all BlueScope businesses
• proactively liaise with key stakeholders including Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and support to achieve the best total cost solution for our business
• manage multiple projects across multiple business divisions simultaneously
• promote the procurement culture, processes and systems that assist in value delivery to our business including EBIT improvement, cost avoidance and reducing total freight spend and costs through the supply chain
• develop contractual agreements from our templates, which deliver safe, reliable, flexible and cost effective solutions
• work collaboratively with our internal teams and our suppliers to obtain required information in a timely manner - including Scope of Work for sourcing activities
• ensure critical contractual and other information is entered into and maintained within the appropriate systems

As Afterpay’s Dispute Resolutions Specialist, you’ll handle and resolve customer and merchant disputes in a fair, transparent and timely manner. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact within our Customer Service team for all escalated disputes and will be closely involved in the complaint lifecycle from escalation, to IDR and EDR.  

You Will:

• Investigate, manage and resolve escalated and complex customer and merchant disputes, in accordance with the complaints policy.

• Provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints, where first and second level resolution team members have not been able to resolve.

• Provide input into Afterpay's Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) responses to resolve complaints 

• Prepare detailed, logical and well explained External Dispute Resolution (EDR) responses to AFCA, other dispute resolution bodies and consumer advocacy groups 

• Prepare reporting for stakeholders on complaint volumes, complaint categories and insights for both internal and external dispute resolution.

• Analyse complaint data, report on trends to the business, and make recommendations to improve processes.

• Manage multiple dispute cases simultaneously and in an efficient manner

• Focus on providing a supportive customer experience and ensuring timely and fair outcomes are achieved

This is a part-time opportunity of 3 days a week (22.8 hours).

As an Industrial Relations Specialist at EACH you will be working closely with the HR Director and HR Operations Manager where you will play a pivotal role partnering with HR and the business to provide specialist advice and coaching on a range of Industrial Relations matters.

This role will leverage upon your deep industrial relations expertise to provide advanced industrial advice and interpretation across various legislation whilst providing recommendations that deliver commercial and practical solutions for EACH.

Based out of EACH’s head office located in Ringwood, the role is multifaceted, covering employment laws, liaising with Fairwork, employer industry groups, unions, and general interpretation of several industrial instruments, providing frameworks for change initiatives, advisory support and report writing.

In this position, having a calm methodical disposition, resilience, the ability to influence and multitask is essential. Your ability to clearly share information and learnings with the team and have an approachable attitude along with a sense of humour will also be put to good use.
