The Purpose:

The Member Compliance Specialists are an integral role within Scheme Management, liaising directly with AP+’s Members on due diligence and Scheme compliance issues. The purpose of the role is to manage and monitor Member activity in relation to the Scheme Rules and the supporting documents.

The role will be an SME for their portfolio of Members ensuring efficient and effective management of due diligence and compliance aligning to the company’s strategic goals.

As the Member Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver and embed best-in-class portfolio management relating Member accounts and maintain a regular engagement cadence.
• Support and enhance the day-to-day implementation of the Scheme Compliance Framework.
• Coordinate and process member non-compliance tickets with appropriate action within agreed SLA.
• Facilitate non-compliance, remediation and exemptions with relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and interpret Scheme Rules and methodology.
• Work closely with cross functional teams.
• Lead discussions on risk prioritisation using a risk-based approach evaluation methodology.
• Coordinate and recommend the appropriate consequence management to non-compliance tickets, breaches and issues.
• Present due diligence and non-compliance issues to forums and relevant management committees.
• Draft and send out member communications.
• Coordinate and review Annual Attestations process, identify issues and work with the members on remediation plans.
• Maintain accurate records, governance and compliance registers.
• Provide reporting on non-compliance and data trends.
• Provide support to the Scheme Management team and contribute to transformation projects.

The skills & knowledge you need to have:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Scheme function and payments industry or similar role.
• Knowledge of Scheme Rules and their application to member activity.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and processes.
• Ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements relating to the Financial Services industry.
• Effective workflow management to SLA’s.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience in a compliance, risk management function in financial services or payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend 70% of your time on the road managing sites and 30% in the Berkeley Vale office.
• This is a Sydney project focus role but we require flexibility to conduct day trips to sites in Canberra, Brisbane, and Melbourne as required
• Bridge the gap between sales and operations to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion.

• Self-motivated team player proficient in MS Office and Project Management software
• Willingness to travel for interstate projects and commitment to ongoing skill development

Your Role & Team:

The Decide team are responsible for the core portfolio of data and analytics products of CreditorWatch, including its commercial credit bureau solution.  


What will you be doing?

• Data is at the heart of everything we do and we’re looking for someone to help us grow our data coverage.      

• Working closely with the Decide Product Lead and Senior Data Product Manager to help deliver on our data strategy and meet data targets. Ensure that data-driven solutions are aligned with business and customer goals and deliver measurable value. 
• A proactive role to identify and pursue opportunities to expand our unique trade credit data within existing and new customers, leveraging existing products and exploring new solutions to shape business data needs.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us for 12 months as a parental leave cover, with the opportunity to extend based on business needs. 

You will be responsible for end to end recruitment as well as onboarding for all teams across the business. From drafting advertisements, to interviewing and preparing for your new hire’s first day, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and nurturing the best talent for LegalVision.

This role will support our whole business across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The bulk of the recruitment we do is in Australia, however our UK office is growing quickly! As such, the successful candidate needs to have the flexibility to occasionally conduct phone screens during UK hours (usually between 7-9am UK time, which can range from 4-8pm Sydney time, depending on the time of year).

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Work with team leaders and our Head of Finance to determine hiring needs across the business (this will include both newly created roles as well as replacements).

• Arrange interviews (both online and in person) and written exercises.
• Extend offers to successful candidates, including preparing and sending employment contracts.

Onboarding:
