The Role

We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic Community Support Workers who want to make a difference by supporting our participants in reaching their aspirations and leading fulfilling lives. Shifts can very between Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Sleepover shift and Active Nights. 

What you’ll be doing:

As a Community Support Worker at Incluso Services you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants such as providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development. You'll have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals. This understanding will enable you to provide tailored support, empowering them to accomplish what truly matters to them.

What we would like you to have:

• Authorised to work in Australia
• Valid Australian Driver License
• An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
• Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.
• Minimum 2-year industry experience
• Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid/CPR Certificate

• Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and leverage these insights to inform growth strategies and product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, project managers, developers, and the Program Management Director for Growth, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to identify user behavior patterns, conversion bottlenecks, and opportunities for product enhancements, with a focus on driving growth and optimizing performance.
• Monitor key growth metrics and support the optimization of product performance through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
• Contribute to the development of growth strategies by providing data-driven insights and market analysis specific to the regional market.
• Support the execution of our regional omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer experience across all platforms to drive customer retention and growth.
• Act as a key liaison between the ANZ digital team and global product leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication, particularly in relation to growth objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and support growth initiatives, including product development, marketing, and customer service.
• You will be our product's eyes and ears, expected to deeply understand user experience on a cohort-by-cohort level and translate these insights into actionable growth strategies.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in mobile/web app product management, analysis, or growth analysis, ideally within the digital financial services sector.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and funnel tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Forward-thinking, with a keen eye for emerging market trends and customer needs.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and scaling digital products.
• Experience working with tools such as Amplitude, Jira, Coda, Segment, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar to track and analyze product performance and growth metrics.
