Customer Service / Sales Support - Prospect/Greystanes

Duties for the role include but are not limited to:
Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base
Timely processing of customers? requests for delivery / release of orders
Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
Inputting Sales Orders / Data Entry
Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.
