Tritusa Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time SAP Test Consultant to join our Tritusa family and work on our client sites.
You will work onsite, representing the Tritusa brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly.

• Salary Range: Base Salary 90,000 – 100,000 per year, plus superannuation

As an experienced test consultant, you will be responsible for the testing and quality of the overall solution, emphasizing SAP Testing. You will have strong technical skills, sound technology understanding, and a strong desire to learn. You will have the ability to apply new knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently, and possess strong inter-team communication skills.
You will have the ability to identify creative and complex testing solutions for technical and application-based systems. All of these are critical to the success of this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Self-initiated: Proactively apply testing techniques, test plans, and test cases to enforce the quality of the system to support BAU and new implementations as required by the platform.
• Project/Program-initiated: Develop test cases against the requirements and plans for their execution within the timelines specified by the initiatives.
• Assist the Test manager with test effort estimates in accordance with the amount of project delivery information available.
• Participate in formal review of key project artifacts being delivered in accordance with project methodology.
• Prepare test cases and identify/create test data, as required.
• Undertake and facilitate peer review of testing deliverables.
• Undertake formal review and/or peer review of own and other testing resources artifacts including test cases.
• Provide instruction and guidance to Testing personnel to achieve goals and provide feedback on the quality of their work.
• Communication with the project team and test analysts
• Seek opportunities for automation integration and testing to introduce efficiencies and quality gains across the systems.
• Raise defects/issues and provide an implementation plan for their resolution by anticipating similar issues in the future and making proactive activities based on the current environment and stakeholder needs.
• Recommend and implement changes to the overall testing approach.
Skills Required/preferred:
• You must have demonstrable, minimum 5 years of testing experience with multiple SAP testing projects.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working for a large organization in a complex environment with a medium to large team.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in SOLMAN, ARIS, and MS Teams
• Strong knowledge of system testing techniques, methods, and approaches used in testing SAP modules.
• Familiarity with testing types and techniques such as requirements testing, functional testing, regression testing, risk-based testing, data integrity testing, API testing, negative testing, string testing, production verification testing, and comparative testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing cycles, test tools, and defect-tracking processes.
• Be able to prepare test environment specifications, test cases, and test plans as needed.
