As a member of VERTO's Employment Services team you will support clients with disability, injury or health conditions needing assistance in gaining or maintaining sustainable employment.
About the role This role will require you to:
Deliver a tailored service to clients that recognises their individual needs and circumstances
Market clients, living with a disability, injury or health condition to employers and succeed in a target driven environment.
Provide great customer service
Develop strong ongoing relationships with local employers through cold calling, marketing, relationship building and general sales concepts
Build strong networks with community organisations that will add value for participants
