About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our close-knit team of experts to help deliver our client engagements as we scale our ANZ business. If you excel in client facing roles, have a deep understanding of how modern software is built and delivered, and have a passion for technology then we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s a brief overview of the role’s responsibilities:

Drive the engagement

• Understand each clients’ unique business needs, the ‘why’ behind each project and develop solutions that will fulfil each clients’ success criteria
• Act as a translator between business teams and technology delivery
• Develop domain expertise unique to each engagement

Feed the engineering team

• Provide high quality written requirements, acceptance criteria, feature overviews, test cases and other artefacts for the team to work from
• Run effective meetings with team and stakeholders

Drive the team’s direction

• Clearly articulate the business needs and work with the tech team to translate these into technical requirements
• Persuade the client and the SM team on what should be done and why

Increase the team’s speed

• Understand and anticipate dependencies in software delivery
• Enable decision making through excellent communication

Assure the team’s focus

• Protect the engineering team from day to day ‘noise’
• Embed and optimise processes to handle our scope of work and new demand

Assure SM’s position with the client

• Build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels
• Help to manage SM’s delivery risk

As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital projects. This includes managing day-to-day project operations, facilitating agile processes, and ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and the leadership team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing people, process, and results, keeping projects on track and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead and, where necessary, run key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions to foster collaboration and maintain alignment.
• Project Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor project milestones, velocity, and workflow bottlenecks, proactively address risks, and ensure the timely delivery of objectives.
• UAT & Release Management: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release management activities, including coordinating deployment schedules and ensuring readiness for launch.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the ELT and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Governance: Establish strong governance frameworks and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactively addressing challenges.
• Reporting: Provide regular concise status reports to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Manage parallel priorities supporting multiple teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

About this opportunity

The General Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimising the entire supply chain process within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective management of supply chain operations, including logistics, sales and operations planning (S&OP), supplier relations, capacity planning, and procurement.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
• Oversee the selection and management of transportation providers, manage warehouse operations and Implement logistics optimization techniques to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align supply and demand plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, monitor and evaluate supplier performance
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and tools.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
