As the first Channel Manager (APAC), you’ll lead and manage Vanta channel partnerships across the region, driving our partners to deploy Vanta more broadly.

This role sits within Vanta’s Partnerships team, where you will have a direct role in bringing Vanta’s vision of securing every technology company channel partners. You will be the most senior member of our APAC Channel team and will help us ensure that our partners always receive quality guidance and enablement as they go-to-market with Vanta.
What you’ll do as a our founding Channel Manager for the APAC region:
Onboard and enable new Vanta partners.
Enable and train key team members within Vanta channel partners.
Direct a one-to-many approach to developing business within the region.
Build one-to-one relationships with key partners across APAC.
Represent the Channel organization as the most senior member within the region.
Determine and implement region specific strategy for partner development and enablement.
How to be successful in this role:
5+ years of experience working within software/SaaS
Must be located in or near the Sydney area
Excellent cross-functional team player that can execute and can contribute to strategy
Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
Customer focused approach
Experience in operations, with an ability to help create and organize business processes and systems
Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel.
This role is based in Sydney, Australia
Bachelor degree in business, related field and/or equivalent experience

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is A$178,500 - A$241,500.
