About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team. Opening to the public in mid-2025, we are looking for a truly passionate Hotel General Manager to guide the pre-opening and operation of our luxury hotel and glamping resort.

• Build advocacy within the given book of business to increase the number of referenceable customers, identify case studies and other content which can be used to increase growth opportunities

• Contribute to adoption, best practice content and events held by the Community & Education team to increase the opportunities for self service education, including hosting best practice sessions for customers

• Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

• Collaborate closely with other internal functions to facilitate connections between them and the customer to assist in achieving desired outcomes whilst managing customer expectations on resources, timelines and responses from other functions.

The Asset Manager manages, controls, and protects the organization’s IT assets (i.e., hardware) throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. In addition, the IT Asset Manager designs, develops, and implements the organization’s asset management strategy.

The Asset Manager will develop and implement the asset management framework throughout the organisation, aiming for integration and a consistent approach across all teams. It is expected the incumbent will be a key member of TSA’s Asset Management Steering Group, helping to drive improvement in TSA’s asset management capability.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, to lead the Front of House operation of our luxury resort and lodge. This role will draw on your guest service flare and hospitality knowledge. Opening to the public in mid-2025, this role will be instrumental in the concept and creation of the Front of House aspect of our luxury hotel and lodge operation. This is a fun and truly unique opportunity.

• Working closely with the operation providing guidance and support to establish and maintain consistency in the delivery of the food & beverage including pre opening.
• Develop menus and collaborate with the culinary team on site to ensure the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests ensuring the food offering is unique to the property.
• Provide training to the team, ensuring they are proficient in service techniques, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
• Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage inventory, and other operational expenses, to maximise profitability without compromising quality and guest service.
• Engage with suppliers to source and select products, negotiate contracts, and ensure that quality and price standards are met.
• Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement improvement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.

About you

You will have a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage and Hotel industry, with previous experience in a senior position. Ideally, in leading a food and beverage establishment or hotel.
