Greenergy Pty Ltd is an accredited participant in the VEU (Victorian Energy Upgrade) program, specializing in providing energy-efficient products to consumers in Victoria. Over the past four years, their focus has been on upgrading inefficient lighting and hot water systems by implementing the latest energy-efficient technologies. During this period, they partnered with third-party contractors to facilitate the distribution of these products through door-to-door initiatives.
They are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team in Ravenhall in Victoria.
The Role:
The position for hire is a Marketing Specialist and will be for a full time basis at $75000- $85000- per annum, and will be based at their Ravenhall office.
The Responsibilities:
· Plan and develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the company's sales objectives, ensuring that each campaign effectively targets the intended audience and promotes the product's or service's key attributes
· Provide expert advice to both executives and clients on the most effective advertising strategies and campaigns, tailoring approaches to meet specific market needs and maximize consumer awareness
· Coordinate all aspects of advertising campaign production, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and the procurement of television and film production services, ensuring all activities are completed within allocated budgets and timeframes
· Analyse consumer behaviour data to identify patterns and preferences, leveraging this information to refine advertising approaches and enhance the appeal of goods or services to target markets
· Keep abreast of current consumer trends, interpreting data to predict future market movements and adapting advertising strategies accordingly to maintain relevance and effectiveness
· Conduct thorough market research to gauge potential demand for new products or services, collecting and analysing data to inform product development and marketing strategies
· Support the company's growth and development by assisting in the preparation and execution of comprehensive marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
· Initiate and manage market research projects to identify opportunities for both new and existing products or services, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and focused on achievable targets
· Offer recommendations on the optimal product mix, advising on how to balance the portfolio to meet market demand while ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and appealing
· Assist in developing pricing strategies that not only appeal to the target market but also align with the company's overall sales and profitability goals.
· Plan and advise on sales promotion and advertising efforts, selecting the most effective channels and methods to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.
· Provide guidance on selecting and optimizing distribution channels, ensuring products are accessible to the target market in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
· Manage the company's public relations, events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
· Oversee corporate marketing initiatives such as loyalty, incentive, and acquisition programs
· Collaborate on marketing efforts with partners and suppliers
· Perform customer and market research to extract actionable insights
· Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure outcomes
The Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in the marketing field
· At least 4 years of experience social and digital marketing
· Minimum of 4 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
· Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve marketing objectives
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent communication skills and proven cross-cultural competencies
· Good analytical skills and be able to correlate the issues
· Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
· CRM skills and knowledge – essential and desirable
· Experience in CRM tools like ZOHO, Sales force and Hubspot – (essential)
· Experience in equipment testing and installation to best practice for Australian standards, preferred but not essential.
· Mandatory experience in heating and cooling industry
· Strong knowledge in sizing requirements for space heating and cooling
