Your Impact 

• Responsible for building and developing a team of quota carrying and lead generation sales professionals 
• Own and drive revenue outcomes within the assigned region, territories, and/or district, exceeding personal and team sales quotas and goals 
• Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders
• Coach, develop, and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle - lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while using our channel/partner network
• Build sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution and strategies 
• Attend weekly regional forecast and management calls to provide Inside Sales perspective
• Work closely with other District Sales Managers on crafting business strategy to accomplish company goals
• Required to stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscapes

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage end to end marketing campaigns, including marketing material preparation, sales kit preparation, advertising activities and mail outs 
• Preparation of marketing and property submissions, client presentations and proposals
• Enhance the online presence of all teams and develop a digital strategy to maximise performance
• Assist with business development activities including ongoing marketing, sales and public relations, client engagement events

• Develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives, and provide detailed reports and analysis to track ROI and engagement levels

We are currently looking for a Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser to join the national team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partners - TPG - Vodafone, Lebara and Felix PRE-PAID!

As a Sales Merchandiser you'll have the ability to work in FMCG channels and be responsible for providing field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients. You'll do this by implementing their retail marketing plans in store with the goal being to ensure their product is visible, accessible and available to the consumer at all times.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and use store intelligence data to drive further sales and opportunity based selling.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you'll be required to:

• Merchandise our clients' products within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels
• Create point of sale displays, complete planograms, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
• Negotiate shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
• Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
• Hold and Utilise Stock and Point of Sale sent to you.
• Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
• Provide feedback and relevant data to Field Managers

Location: Working across the Melbourne area, you'll visit suburbs including Brunswick, Collingwood, Northcote, Yarraville, Richmond, Sunshine, Braybrook, Footscray, Flemington, North Melbourne, South Melbourne and surrounds.

Hours/Days: This Part Time role is 19 Hours per week, across Wednesday to Friday.

Own Vehicle and Drivers License: Essential

About you

• Assist with the roll out of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
• Support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including development and management of project timelines, co-ordinating the development of marketing materials, and liaising with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies
• Create strong campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
