We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team based in Adelaide. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of Hygiene services. You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your area. To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.

In this role you will be responsible for these key areas:

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visits
• Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales

You will have skills and experience including:

• Previous sales experience
• Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Full Australian Drivers Licence

We have an exciting Sales Support role supporting our wider Products Services team. A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide great customer experience. 
• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities. 
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. 
• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags. 
• Support customer purchases and returns in the register. 

Work closely with and provide support to key account managers and the inside sales team. Assist with the processing of orders using our CRM system, and all tasks leading up to the sale.

• Support Key Account Managers:

• Prepare and distribute quotes to existing or prospective customers
• Participate in 1:1 meetings to follow up on their pipeline and data hygiene
• Provide updates on the latest price lists, policies, and rules of engagement

• Work within the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

• Process orders promptly by email or phone
• Assign leads to the correct team and sales representative
• Make modifications, build dashboards, view and generate reports

• Data Accuracy

• Cross-check information on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
• General data cleansing within CRM

• Communicate with Customers (internal and external)

• Respond to different partner queries (e.g., regarding pricing, products, or invoices)

• Provision test licenses as per the TeamViewer sales policy
