Randstad is working closely with a reputable client that is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, this role will include a very strong customer service and sales focus.
Your phone manner will be professional, friendly and focused on upselling products that you truly believe in, as well as resolving customer queries in a timely fashion in alignment with excellent customer service.
This position would suit a sales focused individual with experience in outbound sales or account management with an ability to upsell products and convert quote opportunities to sales, based on the identification of customer needs.
About you:
Motivated and target driven in a sales environment, with rapport building, selling and influencing skills.
High quality verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and effective time management skills
Previous experience in a contact centre environment
Previous experience in a sales environment preferred
As the successful Outbound Sales Representative, you will:
Make outbound warm calls to existing customers
Support and build strong relationships with customers via phone and email
Qualify, submit and process orders in a timely manner
Drive your own knowledge of business products
Grow with the business, long term prospects
