We’re looking for an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll partner with our Account Managers and Solution Specialists to support the sales lifecycle for existing enterprise businesses. 

As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative and expert resource to our Enterprise Account Managers, you’ll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team.  You’ll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. This position reports to the Manager, Enterprise Sales Development and is based in the Sydney, Australia office.

What you'll do:

• Partner to generate a healthy "Run Rate" business within your strategic segment. "Run Rate" comprises product line upsell and contract expansion into current clients 
• Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients 
• Work in close partnership with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to support post sale revenue efforts with clients and partners
• Participate in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution
• Work with Field Sales team to expand existing business by addressing client's technical challenges
• Set up Enterprise Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within the client’s organization
• Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
• Provide fellow team members with mentoring and support
• Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices, connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leader
• Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more!

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
• Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

We are looking for engaging, curious, collaborative, results-driven and customer-obsessed Sales Development Representative’s (SDR) to join the village. At Dynatrace our SDR’s are a critical part of our go-to-market team and as our first interaction point with future customers, they collaborate closely with marketing and our Account Executives to inform and identify and qualify opportunity across our key account.

You will be a self-starter who can work autonomously, are tech savvy, curious, motivated to learn and work with others, and have a strong passion to over-achieve. 

• Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
• Conduct proactive research on accounts using Google, LinkedIn, Lusha and other tools you will be provided.
• Profile assigned accounts by developing an understanding of the accounts’ business and technology challenges, opportunities, drivers, and market positioning.
• Drive outbound ‘named account’ prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities, call into senior IT management and liaise with C-Level and senior IT management contacts.
• Educate prospective customers on the value of Dynatrace enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities with business potential.
• Support prospect and community awareness and education of Dynatrace solutions and trends across social media channels.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and leads generated through our APAC marketing campaigns and provide feedback to marketing on the quality of these leads and prospects.
• Perform analysis on CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, attend weekly territory forecast meetings and update team on progress of identified activities.

What a Senior Sales Consultant does at Visa:

• Research and identify potential clients, identify decision makers & qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities and deliver against sales targets
• Call and meet with prospective clients to understand their challenges and the positive impact Currencycloud can have on their business so that you can outline the benefits and demonstrate the value of our platform (we advocate Gap Selling)
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients to meet revenue targets, setting clients off on a path to success, resulting in sustainable revenue streams
• Manage and report against activity, pipeline, and sales metrics
• Work with Compliance, Solutions, Customer Success and Account Management team members to provide a smooth onboarding and handover of accounts post sale
• Use insight from the Fintech and Payments market to help drive Currencycloud business strategy towards successfully expanding into your focus segment(s)
• Be seen as the Thought Leader and go-to expert for your segment(s) both internally and externally to industry participants.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
