Want to manage a team of property sales professionals? Your new company Hays has partnered with a real estate industry leader in Sydney's North West to find a Sales Manager to join their team. This company was founded in 2016 and has grown rapidly into one of the most well-respected industry leaders in their area with a focus on delivering the best service to their clients. Your new role Managing a sales team of 40 across 4 locations, your day to day will include:
Building and maintaining a customer-centric sales culture
Setting KPIs with sales team
Complaint handling
Managing compliance across the sales roles, including updates to legislation
Performance management, including 1 :1 Coaching and weekly training sessions
Open home and auction assessments and training
What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a self-motivated sales manager that wants to grow a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
Class 1 Real Estate Licence and a willingness to become a LIC
Full driving licence
Proven sales record in Real Estate, Automotive, Financial Sales or Insurance
Proven track record of managing a sales team
Ability to do financial reporting including P&L Review, implementing budgets and forecasting profit
Proficient in Excel
What you'll get in return If you are successful in this role, you can earn between $150k - $200k base + commission (experience depending). You will work Monday to Friday with some Saturday work required.
