As the Senior Marketing Manager for ANZ, you will be at the forefront of implementing our marketing strategy. Your main objectives will be to generate cost-effective, high-quality leads for the sales team and enhance our visibility and awareness through thought leadership, PR, social media, and other communication channels. You will play a crucial role in establishing Tryzens as a leading brand in the ANZ market through various marketing initiatives, including PR, awards, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining ANZ Strategy, Executing, and Reporting on Multitouch Campaigns:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for multitouch campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and design personalised, cross-channel engagement plans.
- Execute multitouch campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Report on the effectiveness of multitouch campaigns, analysing key metrics such as touchpoint effectiveness, conversion rates, customer journey analytics, and overall ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on insights and feedback to improve future campaign performance.
- Lead Generation & Performance Reporting:
- Drive lead generation efforts and report on key metrics such as CPL, CPO, TCV.
- Measure and report on campaign ROI and overall visibility through traffic, PR KPIs, downloads, and views.
- Campaign & CRM Management:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, collaborating with the wider team to shape messaging and target audiences.
- Create and manage a campaign calendar, reporting on ROI upon completion.
- Update and manage the CRM system in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Partner & Platform Co-Marketing Initiatives:
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and platforms to execute joint marketing campaigns.
- Events & Trade Shows:
- Plan and execute local events to position Tryzens as a trusted partner and digital commerce expert.
- Local PR Execution:
- Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, establish relationships with key publications and industry bodies.
- Work with clients to write case studies and enter industry awards.
- Develop thought leadership content for the Tryzens blog.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering lead-generating campaigns without agency support.
- Budget management expertise.
- Proficiency in website management (WordPress experience is a bonus), SEO, PPC, and demand generation programs.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating brochures, white papers, and presentations.
- Strong numerical literacy, capable of working with metrics and processing figures.
- Events management experience, from seminars to customer dinners and partner events.
- Success in creating, executing, and analyzing B2B demand generation plans to achieve lead generation goals.
- PR experience, maximizing coverage opportunities and producing content that supports brand direction.
- Knowledge of various marketing techniques, including social media and search, and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, agile and precise mind, and a desire to succeed.
Desired Experience:
- In-depth understanding of major trends in retail and digital commerce.
- Knowledge of brand marketing principles.
- Experience in partner marketing.
- Comfort working independently as a senior marketer in a fast-growing company.
