What does a typical day look like for our Sales Executives?

As a Sales Executive on the Mars Team, employed by CPM, you will visit independent stores in your local area to enhance the product range and sales of Mars and Wrigley’s items in-store. You will have the privilege of working within your community, enjoying a genuinely flexible work schedule that can be tailored to your commitments and lifestyle.

This role focuses on sales, so your exceptional interpersonal skills will help you establish strong in-store relationships, enabling you to support retailers in expanding their product offerings. You will serve as the face of Mars Wrigley in your local area, and your dedication to delivering results will drive profits and sales for both the retailers and Mars Wrigley. A typical week as an Area Sales Manager will include:

About the Role
We're seeking a distinguished Placement Coordinator for our Clinical Psychology program, who will be at the forefront of orchestrating and managing the placement activities for our postgraduate students. This role requires relevant clinical qualifications and industry knowledge to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of partnerships to support the facilitation of student placements in a timely manner.

As the Placement Coordinator in Clinical Psychology, you will provide clinical administrative support which includes:

• The delivery of high-quality services to students, staff and industry partners.

• Coordination of placement planning, including triaging patient cases, to allow students to successfully complete their Program requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.

The position of Placement Coordinator - Clinical Psychology requires relevant qualifications as a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, preferably in the Clinical field.

• Experience in the interpretation, development and implementation of policy and procedure.

• Familiarity with the relevant professional requirements for the training of clinical psychologists.

• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills including the ability to consult with relevant academic staff, external bodies, produce reports, and negotiate agreed directions, outcomes and targets within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Mandatory: Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and endorsement as a clinical psychologist.

Preferred: Relevant qualifications as a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, preferably in the Clinical field.

Situated only fifteen minutes’ drive from the Moranbah North Airport and with an expected life of mine until 2039, Grosvenor is here to stay for the long-term growth of your career. Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will be an energetic mining professional looking for an amazing career progression opportunity at Grosvenor Mine. You will provide best practice survey services to the site, whilst ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining standard for the surveying aspects of the annual technical services plan.

You will also produce timely and accurate weekly reports and plans of the mining operation, whilst providing advice on emerging or key surveying issues with a short-term focus and recommend approaches to systematically deal with them that are consistent with the Technical Services plan and strategies.

This role will see you responsible for:

• Lead and supervise the surveying team onsite as the registered mine surveyor
• Provide survey set out, pickup, reconciliation and reporting services
• Engage and collaborate with technical services personnel and production crews
• Provision of design compliance plans on a weekly basis or as required
• Provide built surfaces using Maptek scanners, Leica GPS, and Drone surveys, weekly or as required
• Maintain the Coal Mine Workings Plan for annual submission
