This is where you come in, as SportsPick Operations Coordinator, you will assume a lead role in an exciting growth channel for Entain Venues. You will utilise your vast experience within warehouse operations and customer communications to support our venue partners in gaining maximum utilisation of their SportsPick sports bar marketing system.

This role is a fixed Tuesday to Saturday permanent full-time position, which entails Tuesday to Friday in the Keysborough warehouse and Saturday to be a hybrid work offering, allowing you to work from home.

Your day-to-day...

• Package and send SportsPick hardware to Entain Venues partners across the country.
• Maintain order inventory to ensure correct stock levels are on hand in our warehouse.
• Complete customer (venue) registration forms upon signing up to SportsPick.
• Responding promptly to customer (venue) email enquiries about SportsPick hardware.
• Complete sports scheduling into our SportsPick Guide venue offering.
• Receive and action inbound calls from venues on a Saturday, to assist in any troubleshooting with hardware or competition restrictions within venues.

What you’ll bring...

• You have a background in warehouse operations and inbound customer enquiry.
• Have a strong background in warehouse operations and inbound customer enquiry.
• Ability to lead the operations tasks whilst also actively participating in the execution of the greater SportsPick strategy.
• Comfortable in meeting new people and engaging with customers via the phone.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to handle difficult conversations in a mature and experienced way.

As Account Manager, you will be known for your excellent communication and presentation skills and will bring experience in sustainable growth success. As a part of a solid team of likeminded professionals who have our customers and solution provision at the heart of everything we do, you will be able to develop lasting relationships, be flexible and strategic and are seeking the next step in your career. This role is based at Tullamarine works closely with our customers in Victoria.

 Reporting to  the Head of Sales- Health and Personal Care and Processed Foods, you will:

• Ensure that the customer base is served including   management of customer relationship, accurate and timely orders/forecasting/inventory/slow stock management and development of new product and business opportunities with both new and existing customers
• Develop and maintain Account Plans for customers
• Conduct regular customer business review meetings
• Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies 
• Prepare and present detailed reporting and analysis on business activities, 
• Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business
• Develop and update the sales plan to achieve the sales budget for the allocated accounts
• Preparing weekly forecasts as to the current and future months’ forecast sales for allocated accounts
• Represent the customer's "voice" within the business and ensuring that their experience throughout PACT is aligned with the strategic importance of the account

 With experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen, you will also bring:
