About the role:
Drive operational excellence and scalable solutions by leading project-based initiatives that enhance process efficiency and customer onboarding. Act as a catalyst for change by optimising how teams collaborate within Ofload and with its customers. Deliver high-impact results through time-bound projects, ensuring smooth transitions without owning ongoing operations.
What you’ll do:
- Customer Onboarding and Integration:
Lead cross-functional project teams to execute seamless customer onboarding and integration initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment. - Platform Transitions:
Manage transitions of customer accounts from acquired businesses onto the Ofload platform. - Strategic Account Projects:
Oversee and deliver high-impact shipper onboarding and strategic account management initiatives. - Digital Initiatives:
Drive digital transformation projects for existing and new customers, focusing on end-to-end process optimisation. - Process Optimisation:
Identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement product adoption strategies for measurable improvements. - Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with internal teams to align project outcomes with business goals and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience and Expertise:
- 7–10 years of commercial experience, with a solid background in project and program management.
- Experience in consultancy or logistics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing shifting deadlines, multiple project streams, and critical paths efficiently.
