We are looking for an EA superstar to join our high performing EA community. Providing executive support to Rest's CPO and the People & Culture Leadership team you will work closley with the Business Manager across all apsects of the P&C team. 

• Provide executive support to the CPO and the P&C LT
• Managing onboarding of new starters, building out induction programs, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etc.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the CPO for their team and other executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities that support the engagement, development and planning for P&C; such as P&C team meetings, monthly newsletters, volunteer days, activities, offsites, training, etc.
• Coordinate and attend meetings for key stakeholders with the CPO 
• Post invoices for the CPO, reconcile the CPO’s expenses and monitor budget.
• Support the ongoing communications within the team.
• Managing the CPO’s diary and manage LT annual leave.
• Assist CPO and LT with putting together/ refining presentations.
• Build presentations/dashboards that can be used to show an integrated story of the deliverables of the P&C team.
• Become a valued member of our EA Community of Practice by working with the other EAs to attend monthly meetings and participate in related activities that contribute to a high performing EA community.

This role within our Energy end-market provides design documentation delivery solutions to a broad range of energy and power authority sector and renewables projects, across many clients.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Be drafting lead for substation projects. Coordinating all discipline such and primary, secondary, transmission line, civil, & structural to meet milestone deliverables.  
• Work as part of a team producing substation design drawings using CAD software’s AutoCAD and Microstation in accordance with client standards.
• Experience in using common data environment such as ProjectWise or BIM360.
• Electrical design models and drawings including substation layouts and sections for equipment and associated utilities, set outs, single line diagrams, secondary schematics. 
• Complete drafting reviews on design drawings prepared by others in the team 
• Mentor/support juniors in the drafting team and wider Energy team.  
• Working co-operatively with team members whilst liaising with engineers and drafters (both locally and internationally) to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables. 
• Maintain, developing, and retaining the highest standard of technical design skills

We are looking for a Billing Officer to join our Shared Services team.  

Shared Services refers to the domain within our Product Division that has business ownership and accountability for the common assets and functions used within the Product Division. Shared Services is complex.  As the link between other product domains, we are the business owner of over 40 applications.  

Our Client Interfaces and Billing squad exists to make it easy for clients to access Cuscal systems and make Cuscal fees and billing simple so they can optimise their costs. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Billing Officer is responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient completion of client billing activities. 

About the Role: 

• Own monthly billing and reporting processes including the preparation and submission of monthly metrics and billing reports for transaction processing fees  

• Handly monthly invoice processing from vendors and to clients by retrieving/collating reports and initiating invoicing processes 

• Validate and process invoices from payment schemes and industry associations including volume-based charges and agreed thresholds.   

• Accurately calculate and submit manual billing for low-volume products when necessary. 

• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding billing calculations and validations.   

• Support client contract renewals by providing up-to-date pricing and billing details to the sales team. 

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of revenue fee codes and expense billing lines across various systems.  

• Conduct monthly audit checks to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.  

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies reported by internal client or product teams  

About You: 

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or business  

• Experience with or knowledge of payment schemes highly regarded 

• Advanced excel skills  

• High level of proficiency in other Microsoft applications (including Word and Outlook). 

• High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.   

• Ability to identify, investigate and reconcile exceptions and variances.
