What you will do:

Report to and assist the Park Manager to manage a seamless Park operation through the provision of consistent high standards in product, guest services and a wide range of interpretative activities.
You will also:

• Provide a versatile and hands-on approach to supporting your teams to ensuring quality standards, effective communication and consistency across all areas of the parks operation
• Maintain leadership credibility in all areas of the park operation by exhibiting consistent high standards of personal ethics
• Assist in ensuring teams are resourced accordingly and participating in recruitment activity as needed
• Ensure that all employees receive a thorough park and department induction and sufficient on the job training
• Liaise with the Park Manager regarding significant maintenance issues, repairs and additional projects
• Monitor and maintain a high standard of safety of all guests, visitors and employees

This is a rewarding and challenging experience for the right person - no one day will be the same. Either the Park Manager or Assistant Park Manager will be required to live onsite (we are currently recruiting both roles). Separate onsite accommodation is available for both positions with subsidised rent as part of the contract of employment.

What you will bring:

Our ideal candidate will have relevant hotel/resort/park management experience where initiative, organisational and advance planning skills are essential. You will be able to demonstrate experience in overseeing teams and the ability to understand and interpret awards and certified agreements.  We welcome individuals that are innovative and have a customer and commercial focused mindset.

• You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confidence in understanding rostering and property management systems. 
• You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations.
• You are a hands-on leader; you walk the talk and can communicate to a team at all levels.
• Previous experience in hosting groups is a bonus.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant who has preferably worked in the Automotive industry (but not essential) and enjoys assisting and supporting a team, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and is a skilled multi-tasker.

Reporting to the State Administration Manager and located in our automotive retail dealership in Port Melbourne, this opportunity presents the chance to add value to a dynamic team.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Management of Vehicle Acquisitions and Disposals via VicRoads.
• Management of Stamp Duty/Transfer Fee payments within the System and via VicRoads
• Creation and Management of Deal Packs for all vehicle sales statewide.
• Invoice entering statewide - including liaising with Managers for approval of certain invoices
• Resolving any account queries and reconciling statements from suppliers.
• Updating shared Accounts spreadsheets
• Management of estimated costs on vehicles - assisting Senior Admin Manager to accrue for any expenditure items and the removal of these estimates when invoices are received
• General Office Administration and Reporting

• Elevate guest experience by actively engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff members are well-trained and aligned with the hotel's objectives
• Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring seamless coordination among different departments
• Implement and enforce high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
