We are currently seeking experienced Facilities Management professionals who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards plus knows how to create added value. 

As part of our wider Real Estate Management Services team, you will proactively manage the assets to ensure the smooth running of retail centres. You will manage key relationships and make recommendations to improve the performance of our client’s assets.

Your ability to manage budgets effectively and contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values will also be key, as will the ability to control costs and expenditure.

Other key accountabilities include:

• Ensuring building compliance is always maintained and driving initiatives on engineering standards across the business.
• Developing and enhancing the team’s portfolio of services
• Actively manage the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, cleaning, maintenance and safety.
• Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors and colleagues
• Generate and manage work orders and review the monthly operating expenditure against budget.
• Working with Property Managers to produce monthly client reports as required
• Managing data within the facilities management systems.
• Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
• Perform recurring physical inspection of assets, action discrepancies and upload report within the property management system.
• Support and assist centre management colleagues in the daily functioning of the business.

• Monthly reporting on the operation of each asset.

As Communications Manager, you will deliver authentic, credible and positive internal communications campaigns, build strong engagement and communication across all internal stakeholders, to support key Lendi Group initiatives. You will build quality relationships across all areas of the business including external business partners to ensure all change initiatives, good news stories and potential impacts or concerns are addressed through our communication strategy. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing creative ideas that elevate Lendi Group’s profile and gains cut through within the Australian financial services and mortgage market.

• Develop high-quality written and visual materials that convey Lendi Group’s vision/mission narrative including messaging platforms, presentation, intranet/wiki content, digital screen collateral, podcasts, videos, blogs, Question & Answers, speeches, editorials, infographics, etc. 
• Ensure brand integrity and a consistent approach across all communication. 
• Develop creative, innovative and engaging content that continues to drive employee and stakeholder support, awareness and productivity.
• Ensure that all communication pieces meet legal, statutory, internal audit and compliance standards. 
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives. 
• Manage our Lendi Group Corporate LinkedIn profile.
• Use and management of agile boards to capture communication initiatives. 
• Provide creative support to ensure content delivered has maximum impact and supports business objectives. 
• Support execution for major campaign launches. 
• Continuous monitoring of industry coverage for trends, staying ahead of social media trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy. 

The role: 

We’re on the lookout for our first Product Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager. 

The role will be instrumental in keeping TransVirtual at the forefront of the logistics SaaS space in ANZ whilst helping us develop and deliver solutions to support our growth in North America and beyond. 

About you 

The perfect person for this role is a commercial orientated product manager looking for a role with broad responsibility.  

• Leverage feedback and research to create a strong product roadmap. Prioritising both on a needs and revenue basis to maximise benefit 

• Document requirements from high level scoping through to detailed dev requirements 

• Become the internal subject matter expert on product, leveraging peers for guidance before taking on that mantle over time 

• Collaborate with and guide the engineering team to commercial outcomes 

• You’ll work with our product designer to create beautiful designs and workflows  

About the team 

We are an agile team, with our own variations, and change is just another day, so being adaptable is important. 

We’ve got new product development underway in parallel to back and front end replatforming which will offer UX and UI (and other) improvement to clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with our clients and your colleagues (especially those with industry experience) to determine the challenges faced and how our products can help them overcome these 

• Collaborate with the GM to refresh our product roadmap, using competitor intelligence and client requirements to inform decision making 

• Leverage the strategic overview to guide development priorities during backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure outcomes align with our objectives as well as with customer need 

• Work across multiple projects in parallel to ensure smooth delivery aligned to user needs and commercial requirements 

Knowledge and skills: 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience 

• Strong design background, possibly a graphic designer or product designer 

• Experience creating workflows and automating them for customer experience improvements 

• Commercial acumen with demonstrable ability to connect customer need and revenue based decision making 

• Independent worker, comfortable between the balance of executing and strategizing 

• Possess a proactive, positive, and professional approach their work 

• Direct experience in logistics is an added benefit
