The Role
The Aquatic Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety, evacuation and operation of the entire centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and to direct day to day activities of the caf, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff. They are also responsible for pool plant systems which requires technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles.
