As our eCommerce Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in transforming data-driven insights into successful strategies that drive customer acquisition and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for executing campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimising performance, and continuously refining our customer journey to boost conversions and ROI. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, you’ll ensure alignment across goals and opportunities while staying ahead of e-commerce trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and conversions across digital platforms.
- Evaluate campaign performance through data analytics, making informed adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams to leverage opportunities and align on business objectives.
- Develop SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and increase traffic.
- Create and manage acquisition budgets to ensure resources are allocated for maximum impact.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Plan, implement, and report on campaign performance using various tech platforms.
- Keep up with e-commerce trends and implement best practices to stay competitive in the industry.
We’re looking for a data-driven strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in eCommerce growth. You’ll bring a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to think outside the box. What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in e-commerce marketing or digital acquisition, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to drive actionable insights.
- Ability to develop innovative, outside-the-box strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and SEO best practices.
