We're looking for a passionate Bar Manager (Assistant Manager) who thrives in a high-energy environment and is ready to lead the bar team to new heights. This role is key in delivering exceptional service, maintaining our premium craft beer selection, and ensuring our guests enjoy unforgettable experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
• Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

With a hands on approach, the Revenue Manager is responsible for ensuring the best interest of profitability is served in the overall hotel as well as ensuring the integrity of rates and long-term customer satisfaction to support the overall revenue strategy for the hotel.

This role serves as the objective decision maker that will work closely alongside hotel Department Leaders and external stakeholders/owners to maximise hotel performance.

As our Revenue Manager, you will: 

• Analyse revenue trends in the local market daily to maximise RevPAR. 
• Perform analysis of competitor results using STR tool.
• Advise on future sales strategies, and business plans to increase RGI. 
• Prepare Short, Medium, and Long term forecasts, and provide commentary and in-depth analysis to hotel ownership.
• Work closely with operational departments to maximise available inventory, whilst maintaining product integrity and guest satisfaction. 
• Maintain a strong understanding of market segments, yield management techniques, supply/demand, and complex pricing relationships; continually monitor market demand drivers and adapt strategies to maximize revenue.

What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel team
• Supervise and monitor hotel team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team.
• Assist in the running of Distrikt cafe and our All-Day Dining including service, food prep and coffee making
• Take initiative to ensure all interactions with our guests are positive and productive.  
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of the General Manager/Senior Managers with a high level of customer service provided at all times.
• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests/customers to reach a win-win situation.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.  
• Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency situations.

What will you be doing?

• Complete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where needed
• Collate paperwork and reports for finance and management
• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information
• Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
• Maintain the hotels standard of professionalism
• Be analytical and possess an eye for detail
• Assist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Account Manager to join the Sales Team based in Emu Plains. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of hardware distributor customers, building strong relationships, working closely to identify needs, offer tailored solutions and ensure the continued success of our partnerships. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service.

• Industry knowledge in the steel building products is an advantage but not required.
