Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager in NSW
About the role:
You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the Engineering
Manager.
You will drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, project
delivery and maintenance of assets.
The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects including
new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and
maintenance upgrades.
Lead maintenance and project teams.
Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations
Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy
implementation.
Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders,
Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity of
thought.
Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimal
engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially
advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
Minimum of 2 years experience
Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation
