Job: Experienced Business Developer in HR/ Recruitment (Freelance)

Commission is 50% (for each deal)

• Translation: Translate website content and CRM system interfaces from English to Japanese, ensuring accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and usability.

• Market Research: Conduct detailed research on the local Japanese-speaking market, analyze competitors' activities, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable insights tailored to specific regions.

• Lead Generation: Acquire leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, serving as their key point of contact.

• Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies tailored to the Japanese-speaking market.

• At least 5 years of similar experience in the financial industry (consultation for candidates without experience available).

• Proven experience in winning awards such as President's Awards or achieving sales-related accolades.

• Previous experience at a consulting firm with the ability to share growth metrics or achievements for client accounts.

• Native Japanese speaker with fluent English communication skills.

• Experience with marketing research and analysis is preferred.

• Experience in customer service or client support is an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the Japanese market.

Your Mission

We are looking for a (Content Manager) to join our fast-growing (Global Marketing) team. Reporting to our (Head of Content, UK), working directly with an ANZ marketing team, you will be supporting the team on (content creation across all channels (owned, paid, events) with a key focus on (meeting objectives and supporting all content requirements for Australia and New Zealand).

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Acquiring team.  

The Acquiring team @ Cuscal is responsible for building products to drive seamless payment experiences for our clients across card present, mobile, web and in-app. Our advanced payment processing platform ensures seamless handling of various payment methods, while our reliable infrastructure and technology that integrates with our client’s systems enables businesses to accept payments with ease. Additionally, we take measures to ensure the security of every transaction, allowing our clients to have confidence in every transaction.  

Reporting to the Head of Acquiring, the Product Manager’s role is to drive the strategic vision for the product and be accountable for product performance and P&L. Product Managers are the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal stakeholders and ensure their needs are met and will partner closely with the product owner and squad to deliver on the product roadmap. 

About the Role: 

• Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscal’s position in the market as a B2B payments provider 

• Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models and distribution channels. 

• Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.  

• Ensure that all products, services, and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation, legislation and/or policies.  

• Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients.  

• Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal’s products.  

• Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to evaluate product competitiveness and drive a competitive roadmap.  

About You: 

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in acquiring payments (preferred) delivering SaaS and/or B2B products.   

• You can envision the big picture while meticulously attending to the details.  

• You have a keen sense for outstanding products and advocate for new features using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning.  

• You do whatever it takes to ensure the success of your product and team, with a demonstrated track record of problem solving and lateral thinking. 

• You can transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans. 

• Strong communication skills with an ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders. 

• You possess enough technical knowledge to engage engineers in meaningful discussions about architecture and product decisions.
