About the Position ALS Coal Technology at Riverview currently has an opportunity available for a Forklift Operator and Coal Quality Technician.  At Coal Technology our focus is on the evaluation of metallurgical coal for steelmaking and thermal coals for power generation. The site operates both Pilot and small-scale coke ovens, in addition to a Boiler Simulator Furnace that evaluates coal-fired combustion performance. Forklift Operator and Coal Quality Technician is an entry-level, full-time position with the prospect of a long-term role for the right person. A remuneration package will be provided based on the skills and experience of the applicant. The focus of this role will be Forklift operations and applicants with a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will be highly regarded. - Lead the QA/QC Team

This is a role within the Sydney-based Internal Audit (“IA”) group, which is focused on Risk based technology audits and reviews at Singtel’s Australian operations, comprising Optus, NCS, its subsidiaries, associates and other Singtel Group entities.

The ‘Internal Audit Manager – RA’ role is responsible for completing audits of processes, systems, projects relevant to the various revenue streams to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. IA’s primary goal is providing assurance to management on the operation of controls and the business’ management of risk by completing audits and reviews using a risk-based methodology. The areas to be audited are determined by the preparation of an Audit Plan and from ad hoc requests from the Singtel Audit Committee, Optus Advisory Committee or Senior Management in Optus and Singtel.

Your skills to pay the bills
• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, IT or Accounting;
• Experience with Telco network infrastructure and supporting systems and demonstrative understanding of expected risks and controls (ideal);
• Proven audit experience, preferably in Big 4 accounting firms or Internal Audit department of a large corporate or MNC;
• Experience in digital/ tech industry is a plus;
• Experience of process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas including an understanding of system infrastructure and information/data flows;
