As a member of the Category Management Team, the Category Specialist will support the Category Manager to execute category portfolio strategies. 
 

The Category Specialist will also lead the end to end category management process for the Construction & Building categories, leading the development of categories and sourcing strategies, end-to-end contract lifecycle management (including strategic sourcing), cost optimisation, partnering with business functions to drive procurement policy and compliance and championing Endeavour’s ESG ambitions.

• Development of category and sourcing strategies, RFXs, contract negotiations, contract management plans and supplier relationship / performance management and reporting in line with SRM/SPM plans.

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and opportunities for optimisation via spend analysis and tail spend management

The Specialist Solutions Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Employee workflow products. 

You will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts and be responsible for the creation of new business and pipeline across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts; lead and partner with virtual teams, including Core Field, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services.

In these newly created positions, you will oversee the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes, reconcile BCM risks with key frameworks, and drive the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP). This position will also be responsible for awareness initiatives. You will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of business continuity principles. Work alongside a dynamic, supportive team in a role that bridges IT security and business continuity.

What does the role look like?

• Oversee the implementation of the global BCP plans within Australia
• Reconciliation of BCM risks with interfaces such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Planning, coordinating and reviewing global BIA processes
