Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on various digital platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects through a comprehensive defect management process.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure accurate test coverage and reporting.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA and software testing, with a strong emphasis on automation testing.
• Familiarity with various automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Specialist to support our marketing and coffee solutions teams within JDE Australia. This is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working. The FP&A Specialist will take ownership of marketing related expenditure including budgets, estimations and actual spends, playing a part in decision making by providing sound financial recommendations for new innovations! The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Enrolment Specialist to join our team, full-time (40 hours per week) at the Melbourne CBD campus. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing the billing process, ensuring smooth enrolment operations, and supporting our customer service and sales teams with timely invoicing and account updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Edit and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness, addressing any necessary adjustments promptly.
• Debt Collection: Communicate with students and parents regarding overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and texts, maintaining our commitment to friendly and respectful interactions.
• Enrolment Coordination: Track enrolment forms and follow up on incomplete submissions to ensure all student records are up to date.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep student and parent records accurate and current in our CRM, supporting seamless enrolment and billing processes.
• Ticket Management: Address and resolve enrolment and billing-related tickets from the Sales and Customer Service teams efficiently.
• Ad Hoc Enquiries: Respond to billing and enrolment questions as they arise, providing clear and helpful support to students and parents.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing the Australia and New Zealand marketing strategy in alignment with our global vision. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative campaigns, events, and communications that elevate the INEOS Grenadier brand. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Develop retail and brand campaigns for the local ANZ markets

What We’re Looking For

• Commercially minded, with a track record of meeting objectives and managing budgets effectively
• A keen understanding of how customer feedback and community engagement influence brand perception and loyalty

The IT Service Desk provides first-level IT support for Metro and satellite sites for internal staff. The Service Desk team is required to attend to IT support and service requests in a time constrained environment and are responsible for the management of the life cycle of support calls resolved by IT Support.

Where applicable the team must strive to meet SLA targets. The team is required to analyze support calls with the goal of reducing the volume of support calls via proactive mitigation and coaching of internal staff. Each team member must aim to develop an understanding of the technologies used within Nine and keep abreast of new procedures and technology. Where possible they are also expected to make recommendations for improvements with regards to workflow and procedural improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, record and resolve IT infrastructure problems to support productivity
• Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems
• Monitor and escalate calls to ensure resolution to agreed SLA
• Ensure effective, regular and timely communication is provided to all stakeholders
