We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role you’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts while also leveraging your understanding of Procore’s products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, other Sales members, and Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base. 

This position is based in Sydney, Australia. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic based territory by preserving and developing the customer relationship, highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite, and deepening the customer’s attachment to Procore
• Work cross functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, drive increased spend on existing products (upsell), and lead attachment to new products (cross-sell)
• Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
• Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Coordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreements
• Periodic travel to client onsite visits

What we’re looking for:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

Manager - Technical Accelerators (ANZ) is accountable for managing a team of Technical Consultants that delivers specified accelerators. The role serves as a Feasibility Cost Manager & Post-Contract Cost Manager delivering retail projects.

• Responsible for project deliverables through the life of the project including Estimating, Procurement, Contract and Post Contract activities for projects value between $1m to $10m
• Develop good working relationships with client project management team and internal cost management team
• Gain a good understanding of the processes, tools and best practice templates used to meet our deliverables
• Gain a good understanding of the terminology and ways of working within the retail sector
• Providing Client with cost advice for budget purpose including cost planning of upcoming projects (New Stores and Renewals).  This may include site walks within NSW

The Building Manager will be responsible for the daily management, presentation, and operational efficiency of Oaks Trafalgar, with a key emphasis on maximizing growth and profitability. In addition, this role involves overseeing Body Corporate matters and fostering positive relationships with owners and residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Act as the contact point for day-to-day enquiries from bodies corporate 
• Supervision of (but not limited to) electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services and approved contractor works 
• Supervision of all common area cleaning, repairs and maintenance in accordance with the Caretaking agreement 
• Preparation of (but not limited to) building reports, plant and services schedules
• Allocate all owner and body corporate expenses to the appropriate area pursuant to Building Manager Agreement
• Ensure property is managed pursuant to Oaks Hotels & Resorts procedures and directives 
• Present as a spokesperson and advocate of the Oaks Resort & Hotel Management Group at all times in all dealings with owners, tenants, staff and body corporate 
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of the building by-laws, in addition to, the duties and obligations contained in the Caretaking agreement 
• Report all breaches of the building by-laws to Owners Corporation.
