Our Product team are building the subject matter expertise for the products in their remit. You will work with the broader product team to identify , prioritize and execute on the biggest customer problem or business opportunity, aligned with our overarching strategy and mission. You will have ownership over your product and problem space and will drive activities that are critical for its success as part of our roadmap.

In this role you will:

• Support the product management lifecycle focusing on analysing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and optimising our products and solutions with our clients and users.
• Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and liase with cross functional teams globally and regionally
• Help establish Visa as a partner of choice and enable product propositions to embed Visa products and solutions in the payments ecosystem.
• Support the definition of the product vision and roadmap for our market to deliver best in class product experiences tailored for our market and customers.
• leverage insights specific to products to ensure right sales opportunities are prioritized and executed.
• Help drive success to achieve the product goals including but limited to owning focused activities against priorities and working across functional teams and clients to deliver outcomes

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Open Banking team.  

Open Banking refers to the application of the Consumer Data Right (CDR) to the banking sector. Significant resources are required to build, maintain and uplift the technical platforms and operational processes that underpin CDR. As a reliable CDR partner, Cuscal provides the infrastructure and connectivity solutions businesses need to connect to this open data ecosystem. 

Cuscal has leveraged nearly 60 years of experience managing sensitive payments data, to create solutions that help businesses comply with CDR. These include data holder, data recipient and data holder production verification testing.  

About the Role: 

• Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscal’s position in the market  

• Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models and distribution channels. 

• Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.  

• Evaluate product competitiveness to enhance business impact and product profitability. 

• Ensure that all products, services, and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation, legislation and/or policies.   

• Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients. 

• Monitor projects to provide recommendations and solutions in line with product roadmaps.  

• Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal’s products.  

• Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to help improve payment processing efficiency. 

About You: 

• At least 3 years’ experience in product management in a regulated industry (CDR experience is highly regarded but not mandatory).   

• Demonstrated Experience in development and execution of product management tactics for complex products  

• Demonstrated experience in product development/enhancement of business cases for B2B Partners and clients  

• Domain experience in payments issuing, switching, settlements and/or disputes is highly regarded

We are seeking a Senior Product Design Engineer with a strong mechanical design background to lead our product development efforts from concept to mass production. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, preferably with knowledge of LED lighting products, associated electrical components, and wiring diagrams. As the Product Designer for the In Life tribe, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the experiences of our existing Shift customers and collaborating closely with internal teams.

About the role

This role is an exciting opportunity based in Sydney, where you'll be part of the core Engine team working directly with our client to launch a new digital bank to the Australian market.

The role will put you at the heart of Engine’s Delivery function, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Engine platform for our clients. You’ll work on large-scale programmes, end-to-end, where you’ll be expected to manage day-to-day delivery, focusing on a particular functional workstream (eg. Onboarding or Payments & Cards). You’ll work with clients to understand the challenges they face and help tackle them with a technology-centred approach. Through this, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the Engine product and digital banking, applying its uses to markets around the world.

We’re looking for versatile, adaptable individuals, who enjoy the challenge of a varied and collaborative role. You’ll work in tandem with the Product owners and Engineering functions to design and implement solutions that meet client needs. You’ll enjoy problem solving, working with a wide variety of stakeholders, and supporting our clients throughout their transformation journeys as well as strong project management skills.

• Build strong relationships at all levels of the client organisation, through pre-sales to implementation
• Understand client vision, challenges and priorities, applying your knowledge of the Engine product
• Work closely with our product team and solution architects to design a solution which meets the needs of the client, and future clients
• Be responsible for the delivery of an area of the solution, representing the client’s needs and priorities in internal decision making and planning
• Coordinate solution delivery with Engineering in line with programme timelines
• Support the programme transition from delivery into Run, sharing your knowledge of the client and setting up the Run team for success
• Contribute to the success of the Delivery function as it scales, sharing your learnings from client implementations and establishing our Engine delivery methodologies

Your background

• You have worked in client facing roles, in a consulting role, or at a technology company
• You have some experience in financial services and technology delivery
• You have experience delivering complex programmes 
• You can  rapidly understand client problems and present solutions in a structured and informative manner
• You take ownership and know when to seek external support for risks and issues you identify
• We are looking for someone who will be excited by the potential for Engine’s technology to transform banking in different markets around the world
